Repair Charges

We offer a full repair service for TV's, Video and Audio Products.

Most repairs are handled "in-house" in our own workshop. We do make home visits, where possible carrying out the repair on site but if this is not possible then we can collect, repair and return the item for you. This service, as with our Standard Call Out is available within our normal operating area which is an approximate 15 mile radius of our retail premises (most of East Hertfordshire for example) We will arrange call outs in Ware, Hertford, Hoddesdon, Cheshunt, Buntingford, Royston, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Roydon, Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Widford, Much Hadham, Little Hadham, Stevenage, Watton at Stone, Bramfield, Datchworth, Knebworth, Bennington, Dane End, Harlow, Hunsdon, Standon, Puckeridge, High Cross, Colliers End and other areas but additional costs may be incurred. Please check for details.

Alternatively we invite you to bring your repairs directly to us.

Our Charge Rates for Repairs are listed below:-

*  Standard Call Out £80.00 plus Parts

*  Collect, Repair & Return:-

Up to 50"  £119.00 plus Parts

Up to 50" £130.00 plus Parts

Additional Charges may be incurred due to distance or longer travel times.

Workshop Repairs:-

*  LED,LCD, Plasma & CRT TV's

Up to 50" £95.00 plus Parts

Over 50" £105.00 plus Parts

*  DVD Players & Recorders, BluRay, VCR's £95.00 plus Parts

*  Audio Equipment £95.00 plus Parts

*  Portable Audio Equipment e.g. Radio's £60.00 Plus Parts

Please Note: All workshop repairs attract a

£45.00 Non-refundable Deposit/Inspection Fee

(£40.00 for Small Portable Audio Equipment)

on submission to us.

This is deducted from the final repair cost upon completion of the repair. Where a repair is refused or unable to be completed the Deposit is retained to cover fault diagnosis costs.

THE ABOVE PRICES ARE FOR STANDARD REPAIRS, IN SOME CASES FURTHER CHARGES MAY APPLY e.g. WHERE SPECIFIC PARTS NEED TO BE PURCHASED IN THE COURSE OF AN ATTEMPTED REPAIR. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES WE WOULD NOTIFY YOU FIRST BEFORE PROGRESSING WITH THE REPAIR.

IN THE EVENT OF AN UNSUCCESSFUL REPAIR WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY ADDITIONAL REASONABLE COSTS AS INCURRED.
