All New Televisions offered for sale are sold at a price that includes a FREE 3 YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR GUARANTEE covering electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

Other New Items have a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE, unless stated otherwise in the product description, against breakdown due to faulty manufacture or workmanship.

Reconditioned, Graded and Second Hand Items come with a 12 MONTH GUARANTEE for items sold at £100.00 or over or

6 MONTH GUARANTEE for items sold under £100.00 covering both Parts and Labour.

Consumable items such as Recordable Media, Headphones, AV Leads etc have only a limited warranty.

Within our local area (approxiamately within a 15 mile radius of our retail premises) we can arrange a FREE Call Out to service faulty TV's within the guarantee period if required.   For all other items and TV's sold outside this area, if repair or replacement is required then it is the customers responsibility to return the item to us, at their own expense. In such circumstances we recommend the use of a secure or recorded courier.   ALL GUARANTEES DO NOT COVER FAILURE OF THE ITEM TO TO ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE OR MISUSE OR THEFT OR LOSS OF THE SAID ITEM.
